Our Service

giftfrom is a personal shopping and forwarding service that helps you purchase items from Japan. We act as an intermediary between you and Japanese retailers.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our service.

Ordering Process

1. You describe what you want through our chat interface
2. Our coordinator finds items and sends you a proposal
3. You review and approve the proposal
4. You pay the quoted amount including service fees and shipping
5. We purchase and ship the items to you

Pricing and Fees

Prices include:

• Item cost at Japanese retail price
• Service fee (percentage of item cost)
• International shipping
• Customs duties may apply in your country

Payment

Payment is required before we purchase items. We accept bank transfers via Wise. All prices are quoted in the agreed currency.

Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method
• We are not responsible for customs delays or additional duties
• Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our service:

• Items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect
• Refunds are processed after we receive returned items
• Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site is owned by giftfrom. You may not use our trademarks or content without permission.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service at any time for violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
